At Bribie Island State School we understand that choosing a primary school for your child is an important decision. Our aim is to make the process of enrolling your child as informative and straight forward as possible.

To enrol your child at Bribie Island State School please follow these steps:
1. The enrolment application
- Download the Application for Student Enrolment form. A separate application form must be completed for each enrolling child.
- Once the Application for Student Enrolment form is completed, an enrolment meeting with a member of Administration can be arranged by contacting the office on (07) 3400 2333.
2. The enrolment interview
Once you have made an appointment for enrolment, please don't forget to bring:
- Your child so that we may meet them.
- Each child's original birth certificate (or other appropriate documentation ie. passport, visa)
- Immunisation (Prep only)
- Each child's latest report card if they have attended a non-state primary school or have come from interstate/overseas.
- Reports from specialists or medical practitioners (if applicable)
- Administration of medication form (To be completed if your child requires medication at school. Medication will only be administered if it has been prescribed by a medical practitioner, in the original container and is labelled correctly). This form will be provided if required.
- The following completed forms (Click links to download) - Application for Student Enrolment, Enrolment Agreement, Third Party Permission Consent and Student Resource Scheme Form. Our Student Resource Scheme fee for the year is $35.
3. Enrolment Interview
Please allow time at the interview to:
- Discuss the details on your enrolment application.
- Discuss uniforms, books and any fees payable.
4. Uniform Shop
Our uniform shop opening hours are
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8.30 - 9.30am
- Wednesday - 2.30 - 3.30pm
