Payments

​Our preferred method of payment is QKR, BPay and BPoint.  EFTPOS facilities are available in the office, however payment cannot be accepted over the phone.  If choosing to pay by cash, it is requested that all monies being sent to school for donations, excursions etc, be forwarded in an envelope or a zip lock bag.  Please mark the envelope or zip lock bag with: child's name, class and reason for which the money is being sent. Please include the signed permission note inside the envelope or zip lock bag.

​All monies are to be sent to the school by the due date of the activity. Children will be issued with a receipt for any payment made to the school.

​Qkr! (pronounced 'quicker') by Mastercard, is a secure and easy way to order and pay for items from your phone at a time and place that suits you.

Using Qkr, you can pay for school invoices email to you. You can see your receipts on the app and have them sent by email if required.

Step 1: Download Qkr!

Download Qkr! on your Android phone or iPhone. iPad users must download iPhone app, or you may access the Qkr website directly. Select icons below.

Step 2: Register

Register by selecting your Country of Residence as Australia, following the steps to register.

Step 3: Find our school

Use the search function to search for Bribie Island State School.

Step 4: Register your child

When first accessing our school you will be prompted to add a student profile for your child/children. This allows you to make payments for them. Please make sure you enter student names exactly as they appear on invoices.
